The purpose of travel grants is to enable young contributors from Eastern European Countries to attend and present at ESOPRS meetings. The applicants have to meet the following requirements:

Travel grants

1. 35 years of age or younger

2. Living in an Eastern European Country

3. The application has to include the submission of a paper or a poster to be     presented at the next ESOPRS meeting

4. The presentation must have been accepted by the programme committee

Study grants (mini-fellowships)

1. Candidate member of ESOPRS

2. A written confirmation of a full member of the Society to host the     applicant for a defined period of time (minimum two weeks)

3. A short curriculum vitae of the applicant including information concerning     present status of education in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive     surgery

4. The application should include brief details of the anticipated costs of the     mini-fellowship and how these will be met

Applications have to be sent to the secretary; the travel grant applications additionally must be copied to the local organizer of the next Annual Meeting.

These grants are limited to a specific number of persons to be fixed at the Committee Meeting every year. An amount of 1000,- Euro is provided by the Society for each colleague accepted.
