To promote and stimulate new members there will be an e-poster session during the 2021 ESOPRS meeting. You are invited to submit abstracts in any of the scientific topics:  Eyelid, orbit, lacrimal, aesthetics or socket. Abstracts must be original, written in English and not previously presented or published prior the meeting.  Deadline for submission is 31st July 2021. It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Professor Dr Juan Murube del Castillo. Today, our hearts are heavy as we reflect on the loss of an exceptional individual—a distinguished scholar, mentor, and revered figure within the medical community. From June 13 till 16, 2019 the biannual meeting of the European Society of Ophthalmology (SOE) will take place in Nice, France. The meeting’s venue will be the Acropolis Congress and Exhibition Centre in Nice, France. The European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ESOPRS) will be represented at this event with courses on Blepharoplasty and Basics of Eyelid Surgery, and will run a symposium a joint Symposium together with the Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (APSOPRS). During these unprecedented times, with much of Europe in lockdown, we find ourselves in unchartered territory and unable to treat patients. Many of us now need to think innovatively about how we manage our patients and our practices. ESOPRS has created a dedicated discussion forum to share experiences; we will have much to learn from each other with different countries being in different phases of the pandemic surge. We congratulate our new ESOPRS members, who were accepted at the 2022 ESOPRS Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) of September 16th, 2022. There are 16 new Full Members, 4 International Members, 16 Associate Members and 11 Candidate Members, giving a total of 47 new members.
