The format will be PORTRAIT, ratio 9:16, PDF file.
You can download a PPTX template file from here ESOPRS-E-poster-template-instructions-9×16, or you can create your own.
File naming
Name the pdf file using the following format only
Please specify the one primary category your ePoster belongs to (LACRIMAL, ORBIT, AESTHETIC, EYELID).
Please name your ePoster file using the abstract ID-number (25-XXX) and the primary category, ID-number-category.pdf. Your ID-number was provided in the ePoster offer email sent last week.
[abstract number]-[category] – e.g. 25-102-lacrimal.pdf

Once you are logged in you will be able to upload your files here. If you want to upload a new version, please delete the old version or RENAME old version to “delete”, and re-upload latest version. You’ll get an email to confirm each upload.
Upload max file size = 30MB. PDF files only.
