Oral Specifications & Upload
File Format:
- .pptx (preferred) or .ppt
Slide Size:
- 16:9 aspect ratio (preferred)
- Avoid 4:3 to prevent display issues
Fonts & Media:
- Embed all fonts in the file
- Include video/audio files separately if not embedded
- Preferred formats:
- Video: .mp4 (H.264)
- Audio: .mp3 or .wav
- Test media on a Windows system
File Naming
Name the file using the following format only.
Please specify the one primary category your Oral presentation belongs to (LACRIMAL, ORBIT, AESTHETIC, EYELID).
Please name your Oral file using the abstract ID-number (25-XXX) and the primary category, ORAL-ID-number-category.ppt. Your ID-number was provided in the Oral offer email.
ORAL-[abstract number]-[category]
e.g. ORAL-25-102-lacrimal.ppt
Oral deadline: 00:00 on Friday 29 August 2025 (midnight at end of Friday)

Your Presentation Information

Use Ctrl + F to search for your abstract number and locate where your presentation has been assigned. Please remember to include the hyphen in your number, for example, ‘25-343’.
When you find your listing, please make note of the following details:
- Date
- Time
- Session name
- The order in which you will present
The duration of your oral presentation is 6 minutes. Q&A will take place at the end of the session.

Speaker Preview Room
Presenters are encouraged to visit the Speaker Preview Room at least 30 minutes their session. You will be checked in and directed to the onsite AV team for a quick briefing.
If your session is scheduled at the start of the day, please arrive at the Speaker Preview Room 30 minutes before the session begins.
There will be clear onsite signage to help guide you and if you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask a member of the event team.
