The Registration Fee includes

- Welcome reception on September 11, 2025 (It’s necessary to register separately for the welcome reception)
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate with an Administration fee of €100 and to pay any difference in rate (if any). All cancellations and transfers (clearly stating the substitute delegate’s name) must be made in writing to the Congress Office via e-mail esoprs25prague@associationsltd.co.uk.
- €30,- administration costs till May 1, 2025
- 25% of the total amount if you cancel after May 1 but before July 1, 2025
- 50% of the total amount if you cancel after July 1 but before August 1, 2025
- 100% of the total amount if you cancel after August 1, 2025
