ACCREDITATION
The 43rd ESOPRS Meeting 2025, Prague, Czech Republic, 11-13 September 2025 will be applying for European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Confirmation of points to be awarded will be available as soon as accreditation is complete.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificate of attendance IS NOT AVAILABLE AS A PRINTED COPY ONSITE, but will be sent digitally to you after the meeting.
CLIMATE
The average air temperature in Prague in September ranges from 20 °C (68 °F) during the day to 11 °C (52 °F) at night.
CLOAKROOM & LUGGAGE
A cloakroom will be available at Municipal House.
CURRENCY
The official currency is the Czech koruna (CZK). Payment in other currencies will not be accepted.
FOOD & DRINKS
A lunch, coffee and tea are included in the registration fee and are available to all congress participants during official breaks.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or accident or for additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather and other causes. All participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress is English. No translation service will be provided.
PROGRAM CHANGES
The Organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the program due to external unforeseen circumstances.
RECORDING
Cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices are not permitted in the session rooms. Any recording/documentation of sessions is strictly forbidden.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed at the venue: the meeting is a non-smoking event.
VISA INFORMATION
The Czech Republic is a Member State of the European Union. The entry formalities vary according to the country of origin. Some countries need a visa to enter the Czech Republic. Participants are strongly encouraged to contact their local Czech embassy or consulate regarding their Visa requirements. It is important to start the process at least 3 months prior to the ESOPRS 2025 Congress.

Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a Visa and authorisation to attend the ESOPRS Congress will need to contact the ESOPRS Registration team at
esoprs25prague@associationsltd.co.uk.
The Letter of Invitation should be considered as an official invitation to facilitate the processing of Visas and/or related documents needed for single entry to be able to attend the Congress. All delegates are responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses related to your participation at the Congress and Visa application, as well as any necessary insurance for health and travel. This invitation does NOT include any financial aid such as waived fee, financial support or accommodation. Any misuse of the document will be subject to legal action.
Please apply for the Visa within reasonable time (minimum three months ahead of the planned travel).
