Video Specifications & Upload
- Format = MP4 H.264
- Landscape 16:9, 1920x1080px (no smaller than 1280x720px). Data compression (bitrate) of between 5-10mbps
- Audio for the video presentations will be supported.
- Maximum duration is 5 minutes
Video upload deadline: 00:00 on Thursday 21 August 2025 (midnight at end of Thursday)

You will need the Access Code that has been sent via email. If you don’t have this please email ESOPRS25Prague@associationsltd.co.uk
File Naming
Name the file using the following format only.
Please specify the one primary category your Video presentation belongs to (LACRIMAL, ORBIT, AESTHETIC, EYELID).
Please name your Video file using the abstract ID-number (25-XXX) and the primary category, VIDEO-ID-number-category.mp4. Your ID-number was provided in the Video offer email.
VIDEO-[abstract number]-[category]
e.g. VIDEO-25-102-lacrimal.mp4
Your Presentation Information

Use Ctrl + F to search for your abstract number and check that your video presentation has been confirmed at the bottom of the abstract listing. Please remember to include the hyphen in your number, for example, ‘25-343’.
All videos will be displayed in the dedicated e-Poster/Video viewing area in the Exhibition Hall for the duration of the meeting, from 11 – 13 September.
IMPORTANT: There will not be a dedicated Video viewing session. All Video presenters are encouraged to be at their screens during break times.
