The eposters will be presented via the ESOPRS website.

If the acceptance email sent on 14/08/21 said that your ePoster would be included in live online session on Friday 17th September 16.00-17.30 CEST, please also upload a PDF with UP TO 4 pages, and a MP4 video of your ePoster and your narration. (see how to record as MP4 here)

You must upload your files to our secure server before the deadline of 12:00 CEST on 6th September, 2021.

Please ensure you have patients’ consent if you are including any specific patient photo or textual information.

 


General Information

The condition of accepting and uploading your e-poster is that as first named author you must register for the meeting on Théa’s website, https://thea-academy.it/esoprs-annual-meeting-2021/

The e-poster for website viewing is ONE slide in a wide screen format (16:9 ratio)

You must save your file in the PDF format only: the abstract reference number followed by your name, eg 21-123 Smith

Failure to submit your PDF file by the deadline may lead to the removal of your abstract and e-poster

Live interactive ePoster session

If you are presenting your eposter during the live interactive session on Friday the 17th September, you can supply your eposter over multiple PDF pages (no more than 4), and will have 4 minutes to present your poster.

You should also supply a pre-recorded presentation (up to 4 minutes) in MP4 format. This can be done using zoom to record your presentation.

Acceptable format

Your e-poster submission should be a one slide PDF file created using a wide screen format 16:9. The orientation is landscape.

Saving your file
Save the pdf document with the same file name using the following format only – the e-Poster ID number  followed by your surname – e.g. 21-123 Smith
Deadline
We require your submission of PDF file by 6th September, 2021.
