Speakers and Chairs will be connected via Zoom web conference for the live introduction of the sessions and the discussions. GDS technicians will upload and play the pre-recorded presentations; in case of live presentations, the pptx/keynote file received will be uploaded and the Speaker will get the control of his/her slides.

We attach here (below) the short guide sent to the Speakers (to self record their presentation), so that there is a standard for everyone.

Please consider that it would be ideal that we receive all presentations a couple of weeks before the event, so that we have the time to check and convert them for the live streaming.
