There are three registration periods:
- Early Bird Fee Before 25 July 2022
- Standard Fee From 26 July to 14 September 2022
- Late & On Site Fee From 15 September 2022

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to the workshops and lunch symposia organised by the industry (if any).
- Exhibition area
- Congress materials (Pocket program, abstract publication, delegate badge)
Complimentary with your registration fee:
- Coffee breaks
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Registration:
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:
- More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
- Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
- Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
