The Registration Fee includes

• Access to the scientific sessions

• Lunches, coffee breaks at the congress
• Certificate of Attendance
• Welcome Cocktail on 14 September 2023

Cancellation Policy

Registered conference participants who cancel their registrations will receive a refund of the conference registration fee as follows:

Cancellation before 31 May : Refund of 80%.
Cancellation from 1 to 30 June : Refund of 50%.
Cancellation from 1 to 31 of July : Refund of 30%.
Cancellation from 1 August : No refund is provided.
