Admission
The admission to the scientific sessions is strictly reserved for registered congress delegates.
Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance IS NOT AVAILABLE AS A PRINTED COPY ONSITE. Congress delegates need to complete a CME Evaluation form which will be sent by email a few days after the conference in order to obtain CME accreditation. Please note that only the days in which you have actively scanned your badge will be printed and stated on the certificate of attendance.
Climate
The climate is warm temperate in September. Temperatures are up to 24°C. The seasonal minimum is 15°C.
Cloakroom & Luggage
The cloakroom at Stazione Marittitma (free of charge) is located on the first floor.
Currency
The official currency is the Euro EUR. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted.
Disabled people
The congress venue is equipped with facilities for the disabled.
Food & Drinks
A light lunch, coffee and tea are included in the registration fee and are available to all congress participants during official breaks.
Insurance & Liability
The organisers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or accident or for additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather and other causes. All participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. No translation service will be provided.
Program Changes
The Organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external unforeseen circumstances.
Recording
Cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices are not permitted in the session rooms. Any recording/documentation of sessions is strictly forbidden.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed at the venue: the meeting is a non-smoking event.
Visa
Italy belongs to the European Union. The entry formalities vary accordingly to the country of origin.
