Purpose
To report a rare case of extraocular lens tissue

Review of notes and photos
Results
The tumor was successfully removed with the help of a cryo probe. The eyes were normal, and the child was otherwise healthy
Conclusion
A tumor in the eyelid or orbit may be composed of ectopic lens tissue. Only 26 cases of phakomatous choristoma had been reported until 2020*
