E-poster Submission
- Posters should be submitted as a single page, PowerPoint file
- Using a 9:16 ratio, to ensure the poster covers the whole screen for viewers (The screens are portrait)
- The click here for a template / example with tips for submitters to customize and turn into their own poster.
- Posters should be uploaded before the 19th of August, via a link (sent from Slidecrew.com), which will be sent in the beginning of August.
Recommendations
E-posters are converted into high resolution images, then made available on screens at the event. So to get the best out of your E-Poster, we recommend:
- Using high resolution images and charts where possible.
- Keeping text as text, even in your images, so that no resolution is lost in conversion.
- Posters will be provided in portrait orientation, but the high resolution of the E posters should give you the space to relay all the information you need.
Video Submission
- Upload your video in MP4 format
- Maximum of 5 minutes
- The E-poster/video screens at the conference venue don’t have any audio support. If you have any spoken words in your video, please use subtitles.
Please note that the acceptance of your abstract is not containing the congress registration. Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete your congress registration before the 12th of August 2024.
