The Registration Fee includes
- Access to the scientific sessions
- Access to the Exhibition
- Lunches, coffee breaks at the congress
- Certificate of Attendance
- Welcome reception on September 12, 2024 (It’s necessary to register separately for the welcome reception)
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Office via e-mail ESOPRS2024@erasmusmc.nl.
- €30,- administration costs till May 1, 2024
- 25% of the total amount if you cancel between May 1 but before June 1, 2024
- 50% of the total amount if you cancel between June 1 but before August 1, 2024
- 100% of the total amount if you cancel after August 1, 2024
