Registration and Costs

The Registration Fee Includes

• Access to the Scientific sessions
• Access to the Exhibition Hall
• Lunches, coffee breaks at the congress
• Certificate of Attendance (Digital)
• Welcome reception on September 10th, 2026 – Attendance at the Welcome Reception is restricted to registered delegates only. While the ticket is included in the registration fee, prior registration is required, as attendance is limited to 600 participants due to venue capacity.

Notes: Registration fee rates are based on the date of receipt, unless full payment is received before the stated deadlines, rates cannot be honoured.

When completing the Invoice Data on the registration form, please include the VAT number. If not applicable, enter 999999990 for Portugal or
000000000 for other countries

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail to the Congress Office (esoprs26@veranatura.pt) and are subject to the following conditions:

• For cancellations received up to 9 May 2026, an administrative fee of 75,00€ will be withheld.
• For cancellations received between 10 May and before July 31 2026, 25% of the total amount paid will be withheld.
• For cancellations received after 1 August no refunds will be issued.
• All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Congress Office in writing before the event will be liable to pay for the full registration fees.
• No-shows at the meeting will be charged the full fee. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the organising committee and processed after
  the congress.
