Registration Opens: 2nd February 2026

Abstract Submission Deadline: 30 April 2026 extended to May 21, 2026 – 23:59 hrs (Portugal Time)

Decision on acceptance/rejection: 24th June 2026 (authors will get a notification within a few days of this date)

Upon acceptance of the abstract, all presenting authors must be registered and the registration fee settled by: 1st July

Presenting authors not confirmed by 2nd July 2026 will have their abstracts removed.

Early Registration Fee Deadline:  9th May 2026

Standard Registration Fee Deadline: 31st July 2026

Late Registration Fee Deadline: 8th September 2026

Meeting days: 10th – 12th September 2026
