E-Poster Specification

Please submit the final version of your e-poster according to the following specifications:

Compatible Systems

  • Windows 10 or 11
  • macOS
  • Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 or Microsoft 365

Poster Format

  • File format for submission: PDF
  • Slide format: Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • Orientation: Portrait (Vertical)

Creating Your e-Poster in Microsoft PowerPoint (Windows)

  1. Open a new PowerPoint presentation.
  2. Go to Design → Slide Size.
  3. Select Widescreen (16:9).
  4. Choose Portrait orientation for the slides.
  5. Click OK to confirm.
  6. Design your e-poster using the configured slide.

Creating Your e-Poster in Microsoft PowerPoint (macOS)

  1. Open a new PowerPoint presentation.
  2. Go to Design → Slide Size.
  3. Select Widescreen (16:9).
  4. Set the slide orientation to Portrait.
  5. Design your e-poster using the configured slide.

Final Submission

Once your e-poster is complete, it must be saved and submitted as a PDF file. This ensures optimal display quality and allows viewers to zoom in during the presentation without loss of readability.


Before submitting, please ensure that:

  • The title, authors, and affiliations match the accepted abstract
  • The content corresponds to the accepted scientific abstract.
  • There is no mandatory font size; however, ensure that all text remains legible when viewed on a digital display.
  • Use high-resolution images, graphs, and figures whenever possible.
  • Keep the layout clear and uncluttered, using headings and visual elements to facilitate reading.
  • Before submission, verify that all fonts, images, and graphics are correctly embedded in the PDF.
  • Language: English
  • File name: Abstract ID Number_ Author’s Surname, Name (e.g., 26-234_Garcia.pdf)

Please note that failure to submit the final e-poster by the deadline may result in the poster not being available during the Congress.
