Video Presentation Specification
On behalf of the ESOPRS 2026 Scientific Committee, we congratulate you on the acceptance of your work as a Video Presentation and thank you for your valuable contribution to the scientific programme.
Video presentations will be available for delegates to view throughout the Congress on dedicated digital viewing stations located within the Congress venue.
To ensure the best possible viewing experience, please prepare and submit your video according to the following specifications:
Video Specifications
- Format: MP4 (H.264 codec recommended)
- Resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD)
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Orientation: Landscape
- Maximum duration: 5 minutes
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Language: English
- Subtitles: Authors are strongly encouraged to include English subtitles in their videos to ensure optimal viewing by all delegates
- File name: Abstract ID_Presenting Author’s Surname (e.g. 26-234_Garcia.mp4)
Before submitting, please ensure that:
- The title, authors and affiliations correspond to the accepted abstract.
- All images and videos are of high quality.
- Any patient photographs or videos have been appropriately anonymised, and all necessary permissions have been obtained.
- The video plays correctly from beginning to end.
Please note that the first author must be registered for the Congress for the presentation to be included in the final scientific programme.
