Purpose
Repair the lower eyelid defect using Tenzel semicircular flap for better prognosis
Methods
13 yrs old male patient come to our outpatient clinic with fullthickness lower eyelid defect more than one third of the eyelid
Results
Follow up the for one month after surgery the result was perfect
Conclusion
Full thickness lower eyelid defect more than one third can be repaired by Tenzel semicircular flap
