The Usual Suspect: of the Orbit and Adnexa Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Purpose
To present a case series and a literature review.
Methods
To present a series of clinical cases in which diagnostic biopsies were performed.
Results
All biopsies were positive for NHL. It was most frequently found in the orbit and secondarily in the conjunctiva.
Conclusion
In the review of clinical cases diagnosed with lymphoma, the results coincide with the literature, with the orbit being the most common site and NHL being the most frequently found. The clinical presentation in each case was different, and in several patients, it was not the primary differential diagnosis. In conclusion, NHL should never be ruled out in cases of orbital and adnexal tumors, as it is one of the common mimic tumors in this region.
