Purpose
To present surgery cases of lacrimal gland prolapse with repositioning of the lacrimal gland
Methods
The patient’s medical records and pre- peri and postoperative images were reviewed on patients with lacrimal gland prolapse having surgery 2025-2026.
Results
Aesthetic and functional results after surgery
Conclusion
Should surgical repositioning of the lacrimal gland automatically be classified as aesthetic surgery or does it adress enough functional problems to keep on being done in the public sector.
