The participants’ registration fee includes:

(1) Participation in the scientific events of the meeting; (2) Access to the Posters’ area; (3) The event materials (name badge & the Final Program brochure in .pdf format); (4) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (5) Participation to the Welcome Reception; (6) Coffee & lunch breaks; (7) Document of participation.

The pre-Meeting course fee includes:

In case of attendance cancellation, all refunds shall be made according to the specifications below. The refund shall be made within maximum 30 days after the closing of the event.

✔ Registration cancellation until July 22, 2018:
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 50 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
✔ Registration cancellation starting with July 23, 2018:
There will be no refunding of the registration fee.
Participant’s replacement
✔ The Organizers will charge 50 EURO per participant, excepting students.
✔ Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: August 15, 2018; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.

The 37th Annual Meeting the European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Bucharest, Romania, 13/09/2018 – 15/09/2018 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 19 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.”

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.


All registered participants will receive at the end of the event a document of participation mentioning the number of Continuous Medical Education hours (CME) that the ESOPRS 2018 Meeting will be credited with by the authorized institution.

Additionally, registered physicians who have also submitted one or more abstracts selected for the scientific program will receive an official statement letter mentioning their papers.

The documents of attendance will be available exclusively in an electronic format, found in each participant’s personal account created on platform.
All participants will be able to download their documents only after logging in to the personal account and filling in the evaluation form. The access data will be sent by e-mail to all event attendants at the end of the Meeting.

Each personal account has a unique e-mail address associated to it and will include the documents of the participant that has registered with that e-mail address.
The same e-mail address cannot be used to access and download the documents of more than one participant.
